Please inform your customers that our Powermasters are on a doorstep pallet delivery service direct from our warehouse in Crewe (some local orders within 75 miles possibly might go on our own transport where we will delivery directly into the salon).
Courier deliveries are timed between 8am – 6pm but are generally well within these hours. Due to the nature of the product and the courier service it is not possible to narrow down the delivery window – your customer must have someone there to receive the order, otherwise it means a re-delivery charge.
Please be aware that the customer delivery address needs to have full contact details so we can arrange delivery on behalf of the wholesaler.
If you require a quicker delivery time then we have a number of options available:
- Overnight delivery + £25
- AM delivery + £26
- Before 10.30am + £45
- 10.30am till 1pm + £35
- Timed + £35
- Saturday delivery + £95
- Ireland + £95
All wholesalers need to make it clear that all models are delivered strapped to a standard pallet on a doorstep delivery basis. The straps can be easily cut and the box walked through a normal size doorway. (Please have some scissors or similar ready!)
Since all the systems arrive on a pallet, some kind couriers will take away if charmed, but as this is not always the case please do not rely on this – you may have to make provision to dispose of it.
Delivery can be arranged in some special cases by our own vans. This would be charged out at £1.20 per mile + VAT, from CW1 4QX
Delivery is £25 Flat Rate to all areas except the following:
AB, IV, KW, PH, HS, ZE, GY, JE, IM, DD, DG, TD,
PA 20-28, KA, EC, WC, PO 30-31, Central London

All goods are carried under RHA conditions of carriage. Goods must be signed ‘Recieved Not Checked’ if box appears damaged.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Subject to stock.
250 and 300 models are up to 7 working days due to special transport requirements.
All deliveries must be checked and damages reported within 24 hrs with no exceptions. If the box arrives in bad condition, please sign as ‘Possibly Damaged – Not Checked’ giving you extra time to inspect delivery.
The carriers always try to deliver on time, however we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen problems arising from a delayed delivery through a third party transport company.
To ensure smooth delivery, we will need the full name and address of the salon, the contact name, phone number and any restrictions on delivery at the time of order.
On rare occasions, small dents may appear on the casing. Unfortunately, this can happen during courier transit. However, these do not affect the running of the system as it is only an outer aluminium casing and not the steel tank inside.
